Please write an essay on the Mercy values and how you demonstrate them in your life, your commitment to the College's motto of compassion and caring, and an explanation of your chosen major and your perceived need for funds. This essay should be no greater than 500 words. Reminder to all nursing students - please have your nursing reference letters submitted to the financial aid office by the deadline.

ArticleHow do I apply for financial aid at Mercy College?

The only form necessary to apply for federal and state financial aid (grants and loans) is the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).  The FAFSA is used to determine your eligibility.  For the 2014-15 academic year, the FAFSA application is now available on-line at http://www.fafsa.gov.  Mercy College of Ohio’s school code is 030970-00.  If you have any questions, please contact the financial aid office at (419) 251-1219 or financialaid@mercycollege.edu.

In response to the fact that the demand for nurses has reached levels not seen in 80 years, Mercy College of Ohio is increasing the number of students being accepted into the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program to 96 (33% increase) in August of this year. This is in addition to 64 students that will be accepted into the BSN program in January of 2019 and 152 students being accepted into the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing program in August.
