College Outcome Measures
Outcome Measures (Graduation/Completion rates) for students entering during the academic year Fall 2014 through Fall 2015 as reported to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) April 2024.
IPEDS collects data eight years from when a student enters the College.
Certificate students generally complete their program in one year. Students in two-year associate or bachelor's Completion programs generally finish within three years or less.
Students entering during Summer 2015 through Summer 2016 were classified into the categories shown below.

Program Outcomes
All Program Outcomes include:
- Year-to-year Retention Rates for students admitted to the program. Retention Rates are not applicable for certificate programs.
- Program Graduation Rates are counted from the time the student is admitted to the program. Time to completion is longer for students admitted to the College one or more semesters before admission to the program.
Program Outcomes also include certification/licensure/registry exam pass rates where applicable.

- Master of Physician Assistant Studies - This program begins Summer 2021 and does not yet have Program Outcome data.

- RN to MSN Online
- Post-Master's Certificate in Nursing Education/Leadership
Bachelor's Degrees
- Biology - The Biology program began in 2012.
- BSN Prelicensure - Data includes NCLEX pass rates and information from surveys of graduates and employers.
- Healthcare Administration Online Completion - Students/graduates of this program do not take a national exam.
- Medical Imaging Online Completion
- RN-BSN Online Completion - Graduates of this program do not take a national exam – passing the NCLEX exam is required before beginning the program.
Associate Degrees
- Associate of Applied Science Nursing - Data for all AASN programs (Toledo, Day and Evening) including NCLEX Pass Rate.
- Health Information Technology
- Radiologic Technology - Data also includes American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography Exam Pass Rate.

- Ophthalmic Assistant
- Paramedic - Data includes National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) exam pass rate.
- Polysomnographic Technology - Data includes Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) exam pass rate.
