The library is here to ensure that the students at Mercy College of Ohio obtain the best education. The library does this by providing support to faculty and staff to further the academic success of our students; providing materials and services that support informational needs of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni, promoting information literacy, encouraging lifelong learning, and instilling the love of reading and knowledge.

  • We are a part of TWO major consortiums:
    • OhioLINK – The Ohio Library and Information Network (OhioLINK) is Ohio’s statewide academic library consortium, serving 117 libraries at 88 institutions plus the State Library of Ohio. It provides those libraries and institutions access to library services, print and digital collections, e-tutoring, and affordable learning initiatives!
    • OPAL – The Ohio Private Academic Libraries (OPAL) is a tight-knit community powered by OhioNet that uses their collective voice for the strength of small libraries, the progress of our institutions and the encouragement of students, staff, and faculty. OPAL works in tandem with OhioLINK.

Library Hours

The Library is located on sixth floor Jefferson and is usually open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary, please check the library website for any changes in open hours.
