Make 2019 your healthiest year yet! Buff up your wellness skills and stay healthy in body, mind and spirit by attending events at Mercy College during Week of Wellness.

Monday, January 28: Mood Boost Affirmations, Jefferson 3rd floor by elevators,11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Tuesday, January 29: Financial Wellness Strategies Workshop, room J3111, 11:00 a.m.-Noon and 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, January 30: Relaxation and Mindfulness Break, Jefferson 6th floor B Wing (by student records),11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m., 2:30-3:15 p.m., and 4:30-5:15 p.m.

Thursday,January 31: Getting the Most from Your Textbook Workshop, room J3406, 11-11:30 a.m. and Strategies for Note-taking Workshop, room J3406, 4:30-5 p.m.
Friday, February 1: Toledo Walleye Game at 7:15 p.m., Student tickets are $5 (limit 2 at this price) and non-students are $8. Purchase tickets on Madison 5th floor.
