New Rapid Response Sim
Mercy College piloted a Rapid Response Simulation in the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing program in late July 2021. Student learning objectives included timely recognition of patient deterioration and early intervention with initiation of the Rapid Response Team. This brings critical care resources to the bedside and contributes to a reduction in hospital mortality.
