Faculty Member Presents at International Summit
Dana R. Eskins, MEd., R.T(R)(CT), RDMS, Program Director, Associate of Applied Science in Radiologic Technology, Assistant Professor presented at the International Foundation for Sonography Education and Research Virtual Educator’s Summit on July 24, 2021. The title of Eskins (pictured below) presentation was "Incorporating Interprofessional Education into the Medical Imaging Curriculum." She presented an abbreviated background on Interprofessional Education (IPE), discussed the benefits and challenges of incorporating IPE into the curriculum, and introduced her REWARDS Method of IPE design using some examples of IPE experiences at Mercy College.
