Based on feedback from the College Assembly on April 17, 2023, SWOT analyses completed by both the Strategic Leadership Team and Strategic Advisory Council, and progress from the previous year’s strategic plan initiatives, Mercy College of Ohio will focus on the following priority for the next three years:
Mercy College of Ohio will intentionally focus on differentiated, sustainable growth for the long-term financial stability of the College.
