Mercy College of Ohio’s Student Records Office maintains all of the student records for Mercy College of Northwest Ohio, Mercy School of Nursing, St. Vincent School of Nursing, St. Vincent School of Radiography, St. Elizabeth School of Nursing, and the College since its inception in 1993.

Electronic transcripts are free of charge; mailed and expedited requests will incur a fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Transcript requests can take up to 10 business days for processing depending on holidays and National Student Clearing House closures.
