Christopher Gibbons
Chris Gibbons is a registered radiographer with advanced certification in computed tomography. Mr. Gibbons is also a certified healthcare financial professional and has executive experience in banking, finance, insurance, and securities. Previous experience also includes licenses in life and health, property and casualty, and as a registered securities representative. Mr. Gibbons holds a Certificate in Computed Tomography from Owens Community College, an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Mercy College of Ohio, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Findlay, and is currently attending Northcentral University for a Doctorate in Business Administration. His areas of professional expertise are in program development, accreditation, and assessment. Scholarship interests include strategic management performance, balanced scorecards, dashboards, and key performance indicators. Mr. Gibbons has held faculty leadership positions, including two terms as Chair of Faculty Assembly. Since joining Mercy College in 2009, Mr. Gibbons has served as the Director of the Medical Imaging program, Dean of Allied Health, and Director of Allied Health Certificates; he currently serves as the Director of the Healthcare Administration program and Coordinator for the Master of Health Administration program.
