Lunch provided

Date Thursday, January 18, 2018 Add to Calendar
Time 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Description Program Overview: Through live character portrayal and video, this program addresses how MLK's "Poor Peoples Campaign" was a turning point in intersectional advocacy. A broad cross-section of cultural groups came together to fight against poverty. Had Dr. King lived to be the face of this young movement, it may have changed the way we discuss race and social issues.
Location J3407 - Jefferson
