Want to develop better strategies for coping with stressors, managing emotions and problem-solving this semester? Join the MINDSTRONG program, a seven-week course from The Ohio State University focused on improving resiliency and self-protective factors for your overall well-being. Registration soon because spots are limited. Deadline to register: January 29, 2025.
