Dana Eskins
Dr. Dana Eskins is the Director of Imaging Sciences, Program Director of the Bachelor of Medical Imaging Program, and Associate Professor at Mercy College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Eskins has extensive expertise in medical imaging and is dedicated to advancing educational standards and patient advocacy within the field. She holds a radiologic technology certificate from Providence Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in Sandusky, Ohio, a bachelor’s degree in advanced radiography from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, a master’s degree in education, and a doctoral degree in Leadership Studies from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Dr. Eskins' professional experience spans over three decades in clinical practice as a registered staff radiologic and CT technologist, as well as an ARDMS-registered sonographer specializing in abdomen and OB/Gyn. Her career also includes significant experience as an educator in radiologic technology and diagnostic medical sonography. Dr. Eskins is recognized for her contributions to imaging education and continues to influence the next generation of healthcare professionals through her leadership and research.
