BILLING DATES

Bills for the Fall 2024 semester bill be available in Empower on Friday, August 9, 2024. Payment is due by Friday, September 13, 2024. Due dates for students participating in a payment plan are the 13th of September, October, November and
December.

Bills for the Spring 2025 semester will be available in Empower on Friday, January 3, 2025. Payment is due by Friday, January 24, 2025. Due dates for students participating in a payment plan are the 24th of January, February, March and April.

Bills for the Summer 2025 semester will be available in Empower on Friday, April 25, 2025. Payment is due by Friday, May 23, 2025. Due dates for students participating in a payment plan are the 23rd of May, June and July (3 month payment plan for summer).

Incidental Costs

The following expenses are the responsibility of the student:

Mercy College of Ohio does not charge out-of-state tuition.

Mercy College of Ohio Board of Trustees reviews tuition and fees and approves tuition increases. The College reserves the right to make changes as necessary. Undergraduate Tuition: Tuition costs are calculated by number of credit hours per semester. Cost per credit hour: $550 Note: Credit certificates, non-credit certificates, and graduate programs have different costs than undergraduate programs. General Fee: A per credit hour fee charged each semester (fall, spring, and summer) to cover the costs of educating students at Mercy College of Ohio.

Student Services Fee: A flat fee charged to all students enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours during fall and spring semesters. This fee covers all college-sanctioned organizations and events whether land-based or online.Technology fee

Technology Fee: A flat fee charged each semester (fall, spring, and summer) required by all students enrolled at Mercy College of Ohio. The funds from this fee are used to maintain and upgrade technological resources, laboratory/simulation equipment, computers, software, etc., and provide updated technology for student learning support.

Matriculation Fee: A one-time matriculation fee is assessed to all students entering Mercy College of Ohio in the first semester of enrollment. This fee covers administration, orientation, and graduation fees for all students enrolling in credit bearing certificate programs, associate, and bachelor’s degree programs.

Deposit: A nonrefundable tuition deposit is required of all students accepted to Mercy College of Ohio. This deposit confirms the student’s intention to enroll in a College program beginning any semester. The deposit is credited toward the student’s first semester tuition account.
