Earn Your Phlebotomy Certificate with Our Expert Faculty

The Phlebotomy Certification Program provides in-depth training on various essential aspects of phlebotomy. This comprehensive, non-credit certificate program covers routine venipuncture and dermal techniques, alongside non-blood collection procedures, ensuring a well-rounded education in specimen handling. Emphasis is also placed on safety and infection control, the use of venipuncture equipment, managing complications, and understanding the full-service laboratory's function. Ethical practices, confidentiality, and effective communication are foundational elements of the curriculum, preparing students for real-world challenges in the medical field.

Work hands-on as a skilled professional in an in-demand career

Phlebotomy classes are delivered online, along with in-person practical lab sessions divided into multiple sections. Each section will be 1.5 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays over the first five weeks of the program. You'll receive your lab schedule before the semester starts. After successfully completing the course, you'll advance to a 100-hour clinical rotation, essential for phlebotomist certification. This blend of online and practical learning makes our program a complete pathway for those pursuing a career in phlebotomy.
