Annual Flu Shot Information

Flu shot
  • If you receive your flu shot at a Mercy Health facility your verification will be automatically uploaded to your Be Well profile. You should ask for a copy for your records.
  • For those associates that choose to have their flu vaccination outside a Mercy Health facility or at Mercy College you are to submit your proof of flu vaccination via email.
  • If you receive your flu vaccination at the College (Mercy Campus) you will need to submit your verification using the instructions that Sherri Webster emailed on Oct 20 (Go to BSMH Central).
  • If you need to submit a medical or religious flu exemption form, follow the instructions below:

Deadline for receiving a vaccination or submitting exemption: Dec. 14

Flu Shots are now available on the Mercy Campus on the 2nd floor of Madison, M2619 at the dates and times listed below.

Make sure to have your Employee ID with you and be able to provide your employee ID number.

  • October 25, 8 a.m. - Noon
  • October 26, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • October 27, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • October 31, 8 a.m. - Noon
  • November 1, 9 a.m. - 1p.m.

Join the Office of Spiritual and Community Engagement on October 25 from 1-2 p.m. for an hour of fun dialogue, donuts, and delicious drinks (tea and coffee). Feel free to stop by for a few minutes or stay for the entire time. All are welcome and included.

Mercy Heritage Week Photo Contest

2022 Mercy Heritage Week Photo Contest Winners

Thank you to everyone who participated in the recent Mercy Heritage Week Photo contest. We were inspired by smiling faces, creative photos, and the assortment of beverage mugs/cups!
A panel of 3 judges from the Mission Integration Committee decided on the top winning entries. Winners are posted below and will receive Amazon gift cards.

Also, admission officer, McKenzie Rosemond, will be visiting the Cincinnati area to attend the Clermont County College Fair. While in the area, McKenzie will visit Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital and Mercy Health - Clermont Hospital and with an information table at each location.

Last week, 32 people attended Healthcare Worker Wednesday. This was a great turnout and we look forward to hosting our next session on Wed. Nov 30.

It really can be anything such as a student who has overcome obstacles, siblings or a parent and child graduating at the same time, accomplishments while in school or unusual plans for after graduation. 2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment kicks off this week Enroll in Workday starting Wednesday

2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment starts this Wednesday, Oct. 26, and remains open through Nov. 9.

All eligible associates must enroll in Workday to have dental, vision, spending accounts and other optional benefits coverage in 2023. If you take no action, all benefits will be waived except medical coverage for you and eligible dependents and supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, if enrolled in 2022.

You can still register to attend the remaining Zoom session with our benefits experts on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at 2 p.m. ET. A recording of the presentation is also available on the 2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment Center.
