Need Data? Want to do a Survey?
Submitted by Mary Bergs
If you need data or want to do a survey, start at the Faculty & Staff Forms page.
Look under the heading Data and Surveys.
- Use the Data Request Form if you need data. Be as specific as possible about the data you need, the format, and how it will be used to increase the likelihood that what you get will be what you want/need.
- Some data is available on the Institutional Research page so you may want to check there before submitting a data request.
- Use the Survey Design Form if you are creating a survey from scratch.
- The Schedule a Survey Form is used when there is a pre-existing survey. This will help prevent the same people from getting multiple survey requests at the same time - and thus increase survey response rates for each survey.
- Survey Design Basics has useful reference material if you are designing a new survey.
