Diploma Reception for 2024 Physician Assistant graduates
Mercy College of Ohio proudly celebrated the achievements of its 2024 Physician Assistant graduates with a special diploma reception on Friday, August 16. This milestone marks the culmination of rigorous training and dedication by the students. The event was particularly significant as it honored the second cohort to complete the Physician Assistant program at Mercy College, highlighting the program's continued growth and success. Faculty and Staff joined together to recognize the hard work and perseverance of these healthcare professionals as they prepare to embark on their careers, ready to make a positive impact in the medical field.
Mercy College Celebrates Nursing Graduates with Pinning Ceremony
Mercy College of Ohio celebrated 34 students with a Pinning Ceremony on Thursday, August 15, at the Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center Immaculate Conception Chapel. These students completed their nursing programs this summer, including 25 who earned their Bachelor of Science and nine who earned associate of applied science degrees. A highlight of completing a nursing degree is the Pinning Ceremony. It is a symbolic welcoming of new or soon-to-be nurse graduates into the nursing profession.
