Recording Zoom Meetings

Just a reminder that if you do not currently have recording access within Zoom, but would like to be able to record your Zoom meetings, you can follow these steps to submit an online request:

1. Log in to the BSMH Service Portal at https://bsmhealth.service-now.com/sp
2. Select "I Need Something"
3. On the left-hand menu, select "Accounts and Access", and then "Access Request (Saviynt EUI)"
4. Click on "Request Access"
5. Search for "Zoom" using the search field above the application list table.
6. Click "Add to Cart" next to “Zoom Cloud Recording”, then "Checkout".
7. Read all of the attestation fields and type “Yes” to signify you will abide by the terms of use. Then click the “Add” button next to "Zoom Cloud Recording - GreatLakes/MidAmerica" in the role list.
8. Click "Next" and then submit the request.
9. Once your supervisor approves your request, Cloud Recording will be added to your Zoom account.

When have received access you will need to sign out and back in to Zoom before the functionality will be enabled. For help with cloud recording, please refer to the following links: Starting a Cloud Recording and Managing Cloud Recordings.

News from Admissions

Admissions will be attending the following events this week:

Admissions representatives will be available this week at Mercy Health Perrysburg Hospital, Mercy Health St. Vincent, and Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital to speak with associates about Mercy College programs.

Also, Mercy College and Mercy Health will host 60 students from area high schools in conjunction with Junior Achievement. These students will participate in shadowing healthcare positions within Mercy Health facilities in the morning. In the afternoon, they will come to Mercy College for lunch, an admission presentation, a presentation from Mercy Health Talent & Acquisition, and a group discussion with Javier Solorzano-Parada, Director of Diversity and Inclusion.

Annual Flu Shot Information

• If you receive your flu shot at a Mercy Health facility your verification will be automatically uploaded to your Be Well profile. You should ask for a copy for your records.
• For those associates that choose to have their flu vaccination outside a Mercy Health facility or at Mercy College you are to submit your proof of flu vaccination via email.
• If you receive your flu vaccination at the College (Mercy Campus) you will need to submit your verification using the instructions that Sherri Webster emailed on Oct 20 (Go to BSMH Central).
• If you need to submit a medical or religious flu exemption form, follow the instructions below:

2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment Open Now

2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment is open through Nov. 9.

All eligible associates must enroll in Workday to have dental, vision, spending accounts and other optional benefits coverage in 2023. If you take no action, all benefits will be waived except medical coverage for you and eligible dependents and supplemental Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, if enrolled in 2022.

A recording of the Zoom presentation with out benefits experts is available on the 2023 Annual Benefits Enrollment Center.
