Coming Soon: Student Surveys

Faculty and Staff,

Please be aware the Student Satisfaction Inventory and Priority Survey for Online Learners is coming in March. This is our big survey we do every two (2) years, and we need everyone's help reminding students about completing this survey. In 2022, we had pretty good response rates, but we would like to improve that for 2024.

We would appreciate announcements in class once the survey goes out. Stay tuned for more information.

REMINDER: Glass City Marathon Volunteers

Faculty and Staff: It is time to register to volunteer for the Mercy Health Glass City Marathon. The Marathon is on Sunday, April 28, 2024. Mercy College has the water stop in Wildwood Metro Park and will receive the marathon runners twice, at mile 12 and mile 22. We need approximately 15 volunteer between the hours of 7 am and 12:30 pm. The end time is varies as we get word when the last runner will be passing the stop. You can sign up for the entire time or whatever time between 7 a and 12:30 p that works for you. It is a fun and rewarding way to spend a Sunday morning. We get to cheer on the runners and they are so thankful for the time we are out there.

Click the link and scroll to the Water stop marked Mercy Health at mile 12. Follow the prompts and directions to register. If you have volunteered in the past you will need to use your run signup account to register. You might be like me who had to reset her password.

You must register on this link by March 27, 2024 in order to receive a t-shirt!

As the water stop captain, I will be following up with all who register.

REMINDER: The Faculty Excellence Awards 2024

Let's celebrate our faculty's remarkable achievements! The Faculty Excellence Awards 2024 are your chance to shine a spotlight on the educators who inspire us daily. Whether it's their innovative teaching methods, their unwavering service to our community, or their commitment to research, now is the time to acknowledge their dedication and impact.

Nominate a deserving faculty member today and let's honor the incredible talent among us. There are three categories of faculty awards: teaching, service, and scholarship. You can submit nominations in one or all the categories by filling out and resubmitting the form below for each individual nomination.

Nominations can be submitted by anyone, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, or through self-nomination. Nominators can be anonymous. Faculty Excellence Awards are sponsored by The Faculty Assembly and conducted by The Faculty Advancement Committee. Nominations are due by March 15th.
