IPE Escape Room

The Interprofessional Education (IPE) Escape Room involves students from two or more programs working together for 45 minutes to solve a series of puzzles and challenges that involves a medical case study. This IPE activity required specific division of labor and strong communication skills to successfully ‘escape the room’. The main concepts from this exercise were effective communication, situational awareness, shared accountability, and teamwork.
