Mercy College of Ohio, Toledo Campus
High school students and their parents are invited to Science Friday (SciFri), a special event hosted by Mercy College of Ohio. During SciFri, students will have the opportunity for hands-on activities and experiments involving brain dissections and the study of how the nervous system controls how you feel and what you do. Activities will take place in Mercy College’s newly renovated science labs. Participants will also work with the new anatomage table, a virtual cadaver, that is the most technologically advanced anatomy visualization system on the market. All science activities will be led by experienced science faculty.
A concurrent information session for parents will be held. This session will help parents understand how to help their student prepare for the College process. Specific topics will include an overview and what to look for, the application process, financial aid, and other important information.
$20 per student. No charge for parents. Lunch provided to all guests. Register below.
